Ceramic patterns poured with liquid metal

Since 1 December 2006 a new majority investor has came into the company. That are Mrs Olga Król and Mr Stefan Król. The SPECODLEW Ltd. has received as an aport an investment foundry in Radom. Thanks to the new branch, the SPPECODLEW Ltp. increased its production capacity of investment castings.

SPECODLEW can make castings in piece production, small lot production, and mass production using a wide spectrum of alloys and a variety of casting shapes, including very sophisticated designs. In the case of investment castings weighing up to 1,5 kg the production capacity allows manufacturing of 40 000 pieces / month.
Directly in the techonology and prodction, The SPECODLEW employs 28 engineers and 18 technicians with a large experience.
In 2003 the SPECODLEW received the ISO certificate PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 Nr 574/2/2004 issued by the Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji. It confirms that our company fulfills all of the requirements concerning: Manufacturing of castings in steel, iron and non-ferrous metals alloys and machining of various products".
The SPECODLEW design and manufactures patterns in wood, metal and plastic. A special time-saving option has recently been offered by the SPECODLEW to its customers. It allows production of castings within a few days. This is enabled by the use of equipment operating in the RPS-LOM system (Rapid Prototyping System - Laminated Object Manufacturing) and a CNC VMX-30 (working with CAD/CAM programs).
The range of casting types made in one year reaches 600. Their weight ranges between few gramms and 200 Kg. They are made of different types of alloys, including pure copper. |

For several years, we have been suppling castings to all of the Polish cement plants. We also provide castings for the automotive industry. The very high quality of our casings is well known.
The technological process of production is controlled by a Group of Accredited Laboratories operating in the Foundry Research Institute in Krakow. This Group owns special equipment for conducting various tests and researches.
Our design office is equipped with a very advanced software. The modern tool workshop cooperating with the design office is capable of making complicated tools in metal or resin, fast and exact. By using computer simulation of casting solidification we can considerably reduce the time of process preparation.

Our castings are provided with th acceptance certificate 3.1.B or quality certificate 2.1.
Castings we manufacture are successfully used by over 400 companies from various sectors of the industry, like cement plants, automotive, machine construction, electrical engineering, building, mining and agriculture.
Castings made by the Specodlew have been exported directly and indirectly for over thirty years. In the years 2001- 2006, the share of castings exported ranged between 15%-30% of the total value of sold castings.
To reach a desirable quality of castings we conduct heat treatment. It is made in computer aided chamber furnaces.
We are fully prepared to solve all of problems starting from castings' design to its production.
